Whether you’re a small business owner looking to improve productivity, a distributor wanting to move materials quickly and effectively, a manufacturer with a need for scrap cleanup, or just about anyone looking to move anything else, Magline, Inc. has a motorized product to fit your specific needs.
The Magliner Motorized Hand Truck, Motorized Dewar Cart, and Motorized Hopper Cart are loaded with safety and function features to prevent accidents and injuries—and to help you complete all of your handling tasks faster, more efficiently, and with ease.
Safety is No. 1
Magline’s Motorized Hand Truck, Motorized Hopper Cart, and Motorized Dewar Cart all include multiple features to protect the operators who are handling the products. All three come standard with an automatically engaging parking brake that locks the truck in place when the throttle is at zero—whether it’s on a flat surface, a ramp, or a hill. Regenerative braking slows down the load when the operator reduces throttle input. And a return-to-zero feature ensures the trucks slow down and stop if throttle contact is lost.
For additional safety, all three motorized carts include a push-too-fast feature that prevents runaway load situations, even when the brake is manually released.
And the Motorized Dewar Cart has an electric tilt-up rack that can prevent injuries by removing the need for operators to lift the cart to either load or unload. There’s also a handle bar that safeguards hands at all times. The addition of a halo hook actuator means operators’ hands won’t get caught by the tanks the machine might hold, and an anti-pinning feature protects operators while the truck is in reverse.
“All three of these trucks make managing a workload safer,” says Andrea Horner, Magline Inc.’s vice president of marketing.

Magliner Motorized Hand Truck
The Magliner Motorized Hand Truck is an all-around truck that’s perfect for moving just about anything. With a 1,000-pound capacity (850 pounds on ramps), a top speed of 4.3 mph (in both forward and in reverse), a tight turn radius for maneuverability in smaller spaces, and a patented quick-attach feature that lets users swap out attachments in seconds, it’ll move a lot of items quickly. Its ergonomic thumb throttle lets the operator direct it forward or in reverse without changing gears.
Moving party supplies like tents, dance floors, and bounce houses? Carrying heavy equipment or moving cargo or appliances? What about transporting tools and cylinders outside or around a factory floor? This versatile truck is the answer for event and party rental owners/operators, HVAC contractors and moving contractors, distributors, and industrial or manufacturing company owners.
It has four adjustable and comfortable height positions. With a flat plate for moving boxes or other flat containers and a cylinder attachment for moving round items, the truck flexibly suits multi-purpose cargo.
Useful options are a tent pole pusher (great for party rental suppliers) and a trailer hitch attachment for towing. Different tire choices are foam-filled no maintenance and tube.
Magline, Inc. can even produce and test custom attachments for this truck, based on a purchaser’s needs.
“The Motorized Hand Truck takes all of the work and stress out of moving heavy, bulky loads,” says Horner. “If you’re outside, your load is heavy, and the terrain is rough, this is the equipment you want to be using to get the job done.”
Magliner Motorized Hopper Cart
The Magliner Motorized Hopper Cart is “a must-have for anyone who needs to move bulky, heavy loads, whether the transporting is on a construction site or for a landscaping company,” says Horner. The truck’s versatility comes from the three available bin sizes, which let buyers pick the size that works best for them.
If you’re used to having to exert pressure to haul loads because your current cart doesn’t have a motor, your job has just been made easier and, consequently, quicker. With plastic tubs that won’t dent, crack, or corrode, all-terrain wheels for both indoor and outdoor use, maintenance-free casters for better maneuvering, and a 400-pound weight capacity, the cart can haul landscaping materials, garbage, construction debris, sand and gravel, and more. It nimbly carries equipment or bulky loads throughout a job site or to collect and remove garbage.
By pushing up on the cart’s handle bars, contents can be easily dumped, although the tub can also be manually lifted.
Are you looking to increase productivity and cut costs? With a speed of up to 3 mph (in forward and in reverse), this cart can move materials faster than non-motorized equipment—saving both time and manpower hours.
“It’s all about making someone’s job easier, safer and quicker,” says Horner.
Magliner Motorized Dewar Cart
Need to move large, cylindrical containers? The Motorized Dewar Cart can capture, load, transport, and deliver compressed gas, chemical and pharmaceutical cylinders, and the like.
With a forward speed of 3.8 mph and 2.5 mph in reverse—and average load and unload times of 40 and 45 seconds, respectively—the cart is fast and easy to use, with no operator certification required.
Two standard adjustable halo hooks (26” and 20”) and a retractable ratchet strap (standard at top; optional at bottom) makes it’s adaptable for holding tall and short dewars.
It has a 1,100-pound capacity (750 pounds on ramps). A nose plate that folds down means it can hold up to four high-pressure cylinders or skirted tanks with no halo rings.
“Adaptability,” says Horner, “becomes an important cost-savings, when you’re required to complete different tasks.”
